Police Administration or Political Adjustment: Police made a puppet to Central Govt
I interviewed various Police officials right from Constable to Sr. rank officers who are interested and happy to this cause for which AAP has given momentum to eradicate corrupt practises but are helpless due to controls from top levels and influences from Political parties. Today, a police man is scared of whether he will be able to retire without any issue or not. He is transferred if he is honest. He is paid less that what a street hawker can earn. His hands are so much tied up with rules and regulations that he can not even stop the Crime and Corrupt practises. There is an influence from Top Political regime to collect money where all the levels are paid fixed commissions. How this corrupt cycle will break. It needs dabang officers and dabang ministers to change the entire structure and reward them for the efforts and success they make after so much hardwork

i am fully agree with Mr. Virmani and Mr. Kanwaljit in our Country whole system is corrupt,an the corruption always come from up to bottom level , we need to first clean the top line corruption and this is very tough task. more

Unless we handle both wings i.e Judiciary as well as Police, no significant achievement could be felt in handling the issue of corruption. A court boy comes to your house to serve a notice, he is given some 500-1000 bucks, if you are honest and are wrongly implicated due to ulterior motives, the opposite side would keep on taking next date of course after his palms are greased, then if the opposite party is so easy with bribing then the judge would go on leave irrespective of even if you have come from America to attend to the hearing and again next date would be 3 months later, if you are supporting a ruling party its ok else face CBI investigations (Mayawati is a live example who so many times gets clean chit and then again face implication), if some one want to get you implicated in false case exchange 5000 or so and get him registered with FIR and then at least three four years would kill his life (498a and rape complaints are the live cases that are being reported falsely), now when the case turns out to be false and where the role of police clearly comes out with false evidencing then he (not he but the department with no order to initiate enquiry against him and I am in possession of a recording of two police officials who have said court cannot do anything against them and if I translate saying "koi kuch nahin ukkhad sakta unka) at best is included for a reference in the judgement. So in my view if we want to handle corruption in police, judiciary also need to be tackled simultaneously else would be a futile exercise. Another suggestion could be encourage transparency and keep on posting the details and names of those abusers on the public domain and the abusers also includes the people filing false cases irrespective of whether the person is female. If you do not public the names of females, she would continue to cheat others and so corruption keep on its impact. more

1.We should not show any sympathy to lower/ down level police personnel if they follow corrupt practice. 2.They have their jobs and for that they got sallaries. So we can stop the corruption if we can expose some of them. Let their service be dismissed for wrong doing then only they will come to know how difficult to get a job. 3.If police personnel at lower level refuse to cooperate (for collecting corrupt money with their senior) then it will automatically reduce corruption in police force. 4. After all money goes from the lower rank only. 5. Why people will will afraid of police for doing nothing wrong. who are these police officers, Sir. they share the same homesas we do. when they see a person earning undeserved and unearned money while he is still inthe same precarious living condition, he does sometimes raises his baton to exert power.we all influential people also do the same. while we grow thousand times in a few years he remains where he is till he retries. how do you expect a person who comes from poor back ground, humble back ground, poor morals diminishing values, working almost more than24hours a day, with all kinds of bosses pressursing him, whole world targeting him; with pathetic wages, to have a very high moral ground, great attitude and work efficiently. we need to look at his condition first. besides, ask political parties wanting to control and patronising them. more

THE CONDITION OF OTHER GOVT. DEPARTMENT SERVICES IS ALSO SIMILAR . THE PUBLIC IS SCARED OF POLICE BECAUSE OF ITS POOR ATTITUDE, WORK AND CONDUCT. more
