Police work culture vis-a-vis their salaries etc.
Before expecting much from the Police, it is imperative to imporve their working conditions , staff quarters, commuting facility, pays and attached service benifits, working hours, commanding respect from every citizen ,yearly vacations and so on. more

No one is doubting that the conditions may not be the same everywhere but when that becomes an impediment for duty that is not the right approach. Citizens depend on impartial police force for existence and that duty is also an oath taken on the national flag. Be Indian against all odds and only then can we be a nation we dream of. more

Our BABU's and/or Neta's are getting working conditions as against their Accountability if Com-paired with the Lowest rank of Police i.e. Constable = One have to NOT only agree but feel pity and Shame. We never heard that Any BABU's and/or Neta's ever got "Shahid". But ratio the Police, Fire-brigade, and Arm forces personnel's died on duty reflects that even in War such casualties never ever taken place. We only see /Observe one side of the Coin - Other side is more pathetic. Must be improved. more

Nonsense if that be the logic then criminals should be garlanded. Rapists and traffickers are business tycoons that should be respected by the society... They did not find a suitable business except building sex & drugs empire, they just did it for money! In that case Police should be out and without a job. Those in Police who think they are under paid... Go find a better job offer, there are hundreds of good unemployed youth who find the salary and conditions suitable. more
