Policy mis-sold; mis-leading advertisement

Exide Life Insurance Company Limited offering a Life Insurance Plan by name Guaranteed Income Insurance Plan. Under this plan, Insured are offered 11% to 13% guaranteed annual income. Based on this offer, I had applied an insurance policy. As per the actual policy bond, guaranteed income is hardly 3%. Moreover, policy has been issued with fake documents. Be aware of this Insurance Plan (UIN: 114N067V01). more

I almost bought their policy but stopped first premium. I had given auto debit consent. Should I get this revoked? How? more  
Like giving mandate for auto debit consent, there should be a format for revoking with the insurance authorities and fill the same and send to the insurance company as well as to the banker where you are maintaining an account. more  
If it is so i.e. Insurance policy mis-selling & that too with fake documents,should brought to the notice of all.Its a 'Fraud'. more  
Also note that the policy proposal are processed with fake documents. more

many times we relay on what some one says US, it is because we need more & more & more. this is perfectly human nature. IN MY OPINION 1. WHAT IS ESSENTIAL IS TO READ UNDERLINED / ITALIC CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT 2. WHEN SOME ONE HIGHLIGHTS IT THERE WE SHOULD CATCH HIM TO SHOW / EXPLAIN IN DEPTH. 3. UNDER LINE SUCH ISSUES WITH HIGHLIGHTER more
