Corruptions are involved in every public work, deals, contracts etc. and the beneficiaries are not only the government employees and officers but the politicians are also involved in a big way and a major portion of the kick-backs go into their pockets. top officers in lucrative government departments, which include revenue departments, public work department, police department, tribal department and so on & so forth, are given monthly targets of collection (bribe) by the politicians and the concerned officers have to achieve the targets so fixed and escort to the concerned politicians. In the centre as well as in states some posts of senior officers at certain centres are considered lucrative and posting thereat is unofficially auctioned and postings are decided according to the weights of the brief cases carried by the desired officers to their political bosses. I think these systems are in vogue in the country for decades and are open secret, for which citing of any specific instances is redundant. more

भ्रस्टाचार और राजनीति एक ही सिक्के के दो पहलू है और जिस संसद मे अपराधी/आपराधिक पृष्ठभूमि के नेताओं की बहुतायत हो उस संसद से भ्रस्टाचार के खिलाफ कोई कदम नहीं उठाया जा सकता है -दिखावा या नूराकुश्ती हो सकती है और इसमे पूरा साहयोग करती है हमारी न्यायपालिका/व्यवस्थापिका जो कभी आम आदमी के हिट के लिए होती ही नहीं है जैसा अभी काटजू जी ने स्वीकारा -यह अलग है की जब तक कुर्सी पर थे ना ही स्वीकारा ना ही आम आदमी को कोई राहत दी । किसी भी सांसद/विधायक की जन्म कुंडली उठा लीजिये और उसके परिवार की संपत्ति का ब्योरा नेता बनाने से पहले और बाद की तुलना कर लीजिये पता लग जाएगा - हाँ हर नियम मे अपवाद होते है ? more
