Here is how political corruption takes place in India:
Elected politicians at central and state level have their trusted handlers.
As multinational or Indian companies get contracts, business handlers contact these companies.
They demand that any land be taken through them. Whatever the company wants, it must only be procured through them.
Then they go either buy land or lease it (if they dont own)
They them sell or sublease to company at phenomenally high rates.
Where are the real activists who will break these stores because most media has either been bought out or is getting a cut. more

The political corruption is protected by joint efforts. It is very difficult to overcome. If the moral of the MPs or MLAs will be alert and agile towards the other common citizens of India then only it can be controlled. more

This is a "peanut". The Dacoits openly looted the Hundred and thousand of Crors of rupees are never ever questioned, leave aside convicted. And even in case of conviction (After decades long) it worth. Simply because" couple of years imprisonment as against minimum of Rs. 1000 Crors OR Several Billion of foreign investments (Undisclosed & Not Taxed), OR mere few thousand rupees investments with returns of several hundred folds - really worth. A simple glance with the declared wealth and increase in the same of pat couple of electoral candidates as well as Sitting MP & MLA's will sufficient to prove that Social Services in India is worth to do. more

This political corruption has seeped into our system for quite some time now. It has been allowed systematically to undermine the Nation's credibility. To reverse this culture will take equal time frame while it was getting created. This has to be corrected by the Political parties themselves. Political representatives like MLA/MLC/MP/Pradhans/Cadres are to be given briefing in regular basis on ethics and spiritual values. Their activities and results are to be under regular scanner and data to be generated. These data will be shown to them when they ask for election tickets. These cleansing operation have to be undertaken in war footing if we at all like to see ourselves one of the developed nation in the world. more
