POLITICAL CRIMES AND DESTRUCTION OF EVIDENCES.
Netaji's disappearance,coalgate etc wherein destruction of crucial files have been reported.There may be more cases like this.Suppose in a case, no evidence has been found to support the case,the charged person will be let off the hook.But in a case,where crucial files containing evidences have been found destroyed,will the charged get relief for want of evidence unavailable?If the answer is YES,then the justice is defeated,nay the people who trust the judicial system are defeated and democracy also gets defeated!When such cases are still hanging in this country,whom the people should trust and whom they should not trust,becomes big issue!Good becomes bad and bad becomes good like in monetary economics-bad money drives good money out of circulation! more

The success of democracy depends on the independent reporting by newspapers which is the fourth pillar of democracy. Newspapers played a prominent role in the independence movement. But now political parties have gained control of newspapers and they are concealing important news and have become a department of the ruling party to report and highlight their activities. Patriotic minded citizens of the country should revive reporting of truth by starting national newspapers and keep the citizens informed about the happenings in the corridors of power. Without such a chek democracy will become autocracy. more

WELL I HAD READ IN NAVBHARAT TIMES THAT HEMA MALINI JI IS BEEN GIVEN LAND IN MUMBAI FOR HER CLASSICAL DANCE CLASSES THE COST OF THE LAND IS 70 CRORES BUT SHE IS BEEN GIVEN THE SAME AT THE PRICE OF JUST 1.75 LACS ONLY,AND ABOVE ALL THE GOVERNMENT IS GOING TO RETURN THE BALANCE AMOUNT OF RS.8.25 LACS TO HER BACK AS BECAUSE SHE PAID 10 LACS WHILE TAKING THE LAND,NOW THIS IS TOTALLY UNFAIR...............ISN'T IT................................I THINK WE SHOULD DO SOMETHING FOR THIS........ more

The very purpose of Chartered Accountants , Engineers , Agencies was set aside . The Chief of Central Cabinet Ministry' s commenting the findings and qualifications of audit Report of the Chief Comptroller and auditor General of India as simply statistical acutely prove this Fact . The Courts recognizing the Reports of Doctors , and Scientists are still to accord recognition to these very most important Bodies of any Country , the Chartered Agencies , Chartered Accountants & Chartered Engineers who safeguard , budgets and controls the Cost factor in that Country whatever field it is . All the Financial Crimes and the Crimes where misappropriation , misuse , mis-allocation , malafied intentions leading to Money laundering , Quid Proquo involved , the Courts have to follow the Cost and Finance laws , systems , Evaluations, Analysations recognizing the Documentary proofs . Waiting for the defender to accept and physical finding of Wealth in defendant' s own name and his spouse name etc., will mostly lead to dilution of the case . There are many issues and cases where the Politicians had their part in all such cases including in Lending and Writing off ; Awarding Contract and then deletions and additions befitting the both ; etc., types also please . more
