Political Rule in States ruined National & Citizen Economy

-Non implementation of IPC, Policing of Law & Order, Investigation, Vigilance, Neglect of Speedy Trial too diluted since 90s
-Loot of Govt Funds on PDS, Subsidies, Grant in Aids, Reliefs ever being misappropriated.
-Revenue and Income, Banks & Financial Institutions continuously looted/misappropriated while inspecting authorities ever befitted
-Ever increasing wealth of Luxuries, Transports, Vehicles, Immovable Properties never set for check and Taxing
-Article 31 A misled, Lands under misappropriation resulting in Parallel Rule by Maoists, Naxals, Aggressors necessitating Resurvey and Settle Landed Properties
-Land Treasure continuously misappropriated, mislead looting even Produces
-Article 31 –C has been mislead neglecting its objective derivation and Constitutionally stipulated other relevant Articles which resulted in economic inequality .
-Article 39 –b also mislead and also purposefully neglected which resulted in injustice in equal share of general public
-Article 39 –c also was purposefully set aside due to Hunger/Thirst of Political power which was totally set for Vote Bank Politics AND, THIS HAS RESULTED IN INCREASE OF Economic inequality challenging the Articles 38 (1) , (2) , 14 and 21. WEALTH TAX IMPOSITION with strict vigilant inspections IS A MUST FOR THE UNION GOVERNMENT under this mandate at public interest as a whole.
-Thus, Preamble guarantee for JUSTICE, Social, Economic and Political, the very 1st Top Priority under the Constitution itself was set for a challenge by the ill-full State Political Organizations.
-Constitutional Guarantees, Provisions of Part III and IV are mandatory on State, i.e., Government and Parliament ; individual States i.e., the Government and Legislature of the State AND, provisions, mandates of Articles 14, 15, 16, 21, 31, 32, 39 A, 38, 39 (b) and 39 (c) together with Article 41, 43, 45, 46, 47 and 48 SHALL NOT BE IGNORED/NEGLECTED or keep away from strict enforcement AND, CONCENTRATION OF WEALTH IS DANGEROUS IN ANY COUNTRY and, it ultimately results in Civic Disobedience. Thus, these are the compulsory mandates for all Constitutional Bodies AND, THE RIGHT OF CITIZEN. more

State Political Parties, even those in Authorised Chairs, started instigating general public instead of REALIZING BASIC RESPONSIBILITY OF Curb of Corruption/Black Money/Financial Frauds ;; Promotion of Education which are Constitutionally mandated BUT TOTALLY IGNORED DECEIVING THE PUBLIC. Who will bring awareness in the Vast innocent Public which comprise 46% illiterates ? . Yesterday, there was a debate in TV-5 that had revealed the same issue which elaborated the way the Citizen are continuously deprived of their Constitutional Rights. AT LEAST EVERY STATE SHALL HAVE SUCH A TV CHANNEL DEBATE IN EVERY DISTRICT COVERING EVERY SUNDAY TO bring in awareness to the public . more
The CJI speech in AP and an SC Judge revealed facts of Cases pending, increasing litigation between individual Rights and the Law in general, WHICH DIRECTS THE MIND OF those in Law and Justice ; Governing Authorities towards a deep thought on the need of JUSTICE and Justified Rule under the Constitution. Many viewers on 3rd February thought of good path for the Future in these most important Top Priorities of JUSTICE and JUSTIFIED RULE all over the Country i.e., in all the States of Indian Union. But, the issue of West Bangal State Policing denying and defying the process of Investigation that was ordered by Supreme Court BECOMING THE ALARMING ISSUE TO THE INDIAN CONSTITUTION AS A WHOLE. We and the Union of India know that 3, 4 States had been leading in the line seconding the Jammu and kashmir strategy of absolute authority of the State Provinces. Since the Indian Constitution with its Mandates of Rule with Articles 19 read with 21, any State cannot go/ run against these Concepts. Since the Constitution guaranteed Rule under the set Directives Principles of State Policy as defined and construed by the SUPREME COURT, the mandates of Article 38, 41, 39 b, c, together with the prime issue of JUSTICE, Social, Economic and Political shall ever be upheld in the Rule under the Indian Constitution. When any State or a set of States in coalition neglect these Constitutional Mandates, the Constitutional guarantees adopted in the preamble of the Constitution shall be upheld AND NOT THE LIST of authority compiled in 7th Schedule under Article 246. The Constitutionally vested authority of the Indian Union , Supreme Court of India , Election Commission of India ARE THE BASICALLY FUNDAMENTAL AUTHORITIES OF RULE IN INDIA under the adopted Constitutional Dictates. Supreme Court and President of India need to intervene to justify the Constitutional Authority under the Indian Union once for all to have HEALTHY AND JUSTIFIED RULE THROUGHOUT THE INDIAN TERRITORY. more
As long as State included in 1st Schedule, it is aught to abide by PREAMBLE Guarantees and Part III and IV of the Constitution.

The anti directional Policy in any matter of these Parts become Questionable AND SC Orders become FINAL. more
Few details are given in the Attachment for understanding and urge for the Constitutional implementation please. more
