Politician Corruption Targets for Machinery

Friends I am one of the oldest LocalCircles members from the time it was just a local society network in Gurgaon. I have not been very active but keep reading in papers all the wonderful impactful work these circles are doing.

I am here to post today after seeing letter of Mumbai CP to CM Maharashtra highlighting how the Home Minister Deshmukh had a target of 100 crores collection.

This is the reality friends. Your won survey rates police as second most t dept. see link and attached

Can the esteemed members of this circle get the Govt to clean up this political corruption business extortion executed through the bureaucracy.

Till this is not done ease of doing business WILL not happen. Sabka time aayega and only question is aaj kiska number hai.

Please do take this up. Get industry to support this, cover costs and build an online and on ground campaign but lets do something to make systemic changes. more

If people in power so openly plan their corruption campaign, it is obvious that they can do so without fear or doubt about doing so. At least a portion of the amount involved in such corruption may have been involved in acquisition of Immovable assets--either in own name or benami in the name (s) of his close relations or friends or associates. Power should be--and fails to be--conveyed in favour of the ACB officials for their studying the Record of Purchase/Sale as to whether the corruption money was utilised for such purchase. We need not keep track of details of corruption once we make sure that the system has been put in place, without which no amount of recounting detail serves any purpose. more
The control over corruption has since been confined to slogans and observation of weeks. The Police, CBI, special Squads, even the judiciary are now involved in corruption practices, with the support of the political parties. Let there be strict measures. The voluntary disclosure of Income, which comes at regular interval is another medium to escape corruption. more
what you will do just by writing ? It is well known to everybody, Not new. Even we are also giving bribe to concern person to speed up our matter. Instead of writing Peoples of same thought come together , Form a Organisation on City , Ward Level Basis which will keep vigil on Govt. Politicians are doing. These also contain some Advocate , as when the Corrupt Peoples will find Difficult they will hh make FIR with false allegation with witness. Then You have to fight In court & Front Lead also. Who are ready ? Hardly ? or Every Body ? more
All the laws will have an intent while making it. Definitely outdated laws to be scrapped. My point here is corruption is not generating just because of laws. It is all because of corrupt people who misinterpret or misuse the powers given by law. The point here is political corruption. We all know today's politicians are mostly with charge sheeted history or supported by such people. My point is when voters are ready to accept bribes for voting and ready to receive freebees for doing nothing, how to eliminate corruption. In the recent TSMLC elections, political parties stated that other parties spent crores of rupees. If we assume all parties spent money where they will get it back, only route is corruption only. That is the reason why I said people, especially voters mindset should change. No one is thinking while receiving money for votes, from where they are getting money and how they recover it. Though some of us aware of it we could intervene because of the might of the others. Money for votes will be collected through corruption and freebies through our taxes only. Our representatives or Govt. can not get money from anywhere else. more
