POLLUTION CONTROL
THERE IS HEAVY HUE AND CRY ABOUT POLLUTION. CHINA HAS INSTALLED BIG TOWERS TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM. I AM A ENGINEER AND I FEEL THIS IS A MINOR PROBLEM BUT OUR GOVT. IS FIGHTING FOR IT. SOMETIMES VEHICLES ARE STOPPED, SOMETIMES BLAME IS ON CONSTRUCTION WORK OR BURNING OF 'PARAALI' ETC. ETC. THERE IS NO NEED TO PUT ANY CURB BUT TO CLEAN THE AIR IN THE SAME WAY OF WATER CLEANING/FILTERATION. WE SHOULD CONSTRUCT THE TOWERS WITH FILTERS AT BOTTOM AND EXHAUST FANS ON UPPER SIDE/END. EXHAUST FANS WILL SUCK THE AIR THROUGH FILTERS AND THROW THE CLEANED AIR IN ATMOSPHERE. SO SIMPLE. THE FILTERS ARE TO BE CLEANED FREQUENTLY. CHINA IS MAKING 'DIAMONDS' FROM THE CARBON SO COLLECTED. I DO NOT KNOW WHERE IS THE PROBLEM. WHY IT WAS NOT THOUGHT OF EARLIER. WE CAN USE PIPES ALSO IN PLACE OF TOWERS. I AM AVAILABLE IF ANY HELP IS REQUIRED. more

Nip the evil in the bud. 1. Vegetable/fruit waste should be collected from houses/restaurants/hotels to be used for cattle-feed. 2. Parali should be used be used to manufacture boards, Gatta & cattle-feed. 3. Plastic should be collected from household separately for reuse & making roads. 4. Garden/park waste should be dumped in ditches for fertilizer. 5. Ash from thermal plants already being used to prepare ash-bricks. 6. Human corpses should be made available to medical colleges for studies & respectful disposal. more

D K GUPTA JI SAYS IS RIGHT why all governments are fooling us - This needs to be taken up at highest levels and we should ask AKejriwal to do the needful. more

It loks as Shri D K GUPTA ji have enough experience in the area of air pollution - problems and solutions. It would be a yeoman service if he could offer to execute his planed solution for Delhi and Mumbai for a price to be quoted by him to DMC and BMC. It would be a great help. RYK. more

I ,asa technologist,had conceived Innovative Design models for cleaning Flue Gases emissions from the coal combustions of boilers of thermal stations ,Universal Method for Meaning & Management of River Water for sustainable adequate supply of pitane fresh water for next 200-300 years & innumerable others but to no avail as no positive response from UP cm or PM of iIndia.
