Poor practices of pharm easy

This company pharmeasy has some pretty poor business practices. They will take orders for various medicines despite they not being in stock in your area.

Then later some person claiming to be a pharmacist will call you and this fellow will talk so fast that u cant understand much and u will say why are you repeating the same things again and again.

Then u will received your shipment in which there will be 2-3 alternate products.

These products are items that are generic and alternates that u didnt want. Now u are stuck with them.

This is an unfair trade practice and we want localcircles to escalate this to right govt bodies. more

I agree with Aditi. A similar incident happened to me, where the important medication was not delivered by other medicines were sent. It was so frustrating. My pharmacy is in Mumbai which I go to every month and they give me an 18% discount but since some medicines were short with me, I had no option but to order them and this is what happened. more
Yes agree with your comments they not supply as per prescribed company medicine and their Dr have no knowledge and what speak not clear and forward other medicine and once complain not take back This is serious issue more
I would recommend you to purchase medicine from your nearby community Pharmacy and don't go by these online stuffs as we need to promote our nearby Pharmacy business with full satisfaction and genuine product assurance. more
My own experience is that they have always cancelled & refunded payments for any medicine brands they don't have in stock ... Is your experience for Over The Counter medication or for general products ? more
