Poorly performing railways loots taxpayers more

It has announced 78 days of salary as bonus for 11.5 lakh employees at a time when the railways finances are at their worst.

Essentially senior citizen and other discounts taken away from people and given to employees as bonus 😢😢

Performance, Service, Cleanliness, Cost railways failure on every front yet payment to employees.

You needed to lay off 25% employees and become more productive.

Worst minister to date. Sorry more

Senior Citizens do not have any voice or productive value, hence every body is taking them for a ride. See the falling interest rates on SCSS and PMVVY. It seems Senior Citizens are liability to the Current Govt. more
I second the views expressed by Shikhaji. I a fond of train journey and prefer train journey over air travel. I had traveled to & fro to Mumbai and to bhusawal from Delhi and observed that the condition and services inside the train has worsened compared to earlier times, despite fares have been increased. The food is not worth eating. Its better to carry your own. Though Govt is boosting a lot about improved / better services but actually it is the other-way round. more
Yes Mr K C Rana that is why they don't care to perform. I have said it before and I will repeat it again, socialist model does not work and is the reason why the government run things do not work in this world. more
Better HR regulations with better hiring / firing practices will fix this problem. Three strike and out. This will give younger and better trained employees a chance at the job. This will improve the services. When the employees know there are no consequences they don't perform up to standard. more
Under the existing service rules, firing takes place only after attaining 58 or 60 years even if an employees is non performer or does not go to his place of work for months or years. Even 'honourable' judiciary comes to the rescue of such rogues as corruption is all pervasive. The policy of fit n forget will continue in all govt. Institutions in the coming decades. more
As such, to the best of my information, Railway employee of lower cadre hardly attend work place more than 5 hrs and then they are earning extra as taxi / riksha driving. Employee of higher cadre earn extra due to their position much more than salary. All of them do not deserve any bonus. more
Link salaries and perks to monthly performance to stem the rot from every Govt. Dump. more
