Mr. Iyer, as people enter the middle class, they voluntarily tend to use methods of contraception to limit family size. I suggest that the government should keep out of forcibly regulating population through legislation. Education about benefits of small family & use of contraceptives is enough. more
Population growth will not be a problem if the country has the resources. Today because this country could not provide them education and employment thousands and thousands of Indians are engaged in doing menial jobs in the middle eastern countries.
