Post Pregnancy Care and Weight Loss

I am posting this for my sister who is in Sydney and recently had a baby boy. Thanks for the suggestions earlier. Any suggestions on what she should do to loose weight, foods that she should avoid and foods that she should eat.

Unfortunately there is no family with with her over there. Some part time help but that's it. more

She is 150 cms and 55 kgs Nita. Did not know about ajwain water. Will tell her. @Dr. Gosain: Thank you. She was taking significantly extra ghee as her Mother in Law had suggested. Will advise her on protien diet. Thank you! more

Congrats dear, she should take nutritious diet as she has to breast-feed her baby.She should avoid extra GHEE & fatty food And concentrate more on high protein diet and supplement her diet with Iron, calcium and multivitamins more

HI,Anshu.Congratulations.Its very imp that she follows a regular narmal eating pattern as she has to feed the baby.Just taking care of the baby is the best dieting.Do ask her to take regular vitamins and minerals.calcium and iron also .ask nher to boil ajwain in water and cool and drink in small sips.If you tell me her ht and wt may be i can give some more tips.nita more
