Posting of SHO process

Can Delhi Police shed light on how does the posting of SHO happen? Who decides? What is the process. Kindly share with us.

We hope we will find this information without filing RTI. more

I agree with Mr. VBS Shekharan and Mr. Surjit Lamba. This process will not be transparent until and unless the vested interests are at work. There are people who remained SHO during their almost entire tenure as Inspector and there are others who never got a chance. more

Public will never know the actual process. Even if you file RTI, you will not get to know , what you are trying to know. The Irony is that public knows it by and large but the officials "Do Not Know". more
