Power distribution now mandatory in large cities

Power ministry amends electricity rule (rights of consumer rules) 2022

Mandates power distribution companies to supply 24*7 power in metro and large cities

These amendments are being made to thwart diesel generators in next five years.

Give FREE Electricity to Framers ,illegal hutnaments, Pooor peoples , vote banks. so that in future you will get full day power. during election , on voting day Sit at home or Go for touring. It will be helpful . more  
Why the State Govts are not Paying their dues to the Coal Companies? Railways do not have enough Wagons required to transport the Coal. These are the two main issues for Power Shortage. more  
In Jharkhand the situation of power supply is very bad , we are facing intermitant cuts and students studies are getting disrupted the old and sick people are suffering the humid and hot weather which is unbearable in certain cases , the result is dependency on generators is growing leading to noise and air pollution apart from the harrasment faced by the operators who have to face the tedious task of shutting and puttiing on of the DGs often numerous tme within a span of minutes. more  
Corruption, by employees. Politicians big holidays for metering and holidays for billing. It happens. We have a problem of climate changes. Power from the fossil fuel has to be reduced at 5 to 7% PA. Solar, wind, nuclear etc alternative have to take 25% every 3 years. more  
Distribution of power can be streamlined across the different user segments and type of consumers. Discriminatory pricing policies in Telangana has hurt the consumers very badly and this needs to be corrected. Educating the consumers of possible effects of using kerosene and other fuels would be beneficial. more
