Power Outage Messages from Utilities
Getting the attached messAge from Tata Power saying 2-6 pm there could br disruption sue to the coal issue. Can other delhiites please advise what messages you are getting. Also is anyone already experiencing outages? more

No such message received till now. No power cuts experienced at home or office as yet in Delhi. more

Decarbonising the economy appears as the only way forward, and from being an option, this emergency has made going solar an imperitive. In normal times there are many vested interests associated with coal, such that carbon dependant status quo is sought after, but when limited coal availability makes this decision easier make the switch woud be easier. Scope of going green extends beyond mere energy sufficiency unto sustainability, tackling climate change, and earning carbon credits, naming the few obvious benefit harvesting the sun's energy. more

Lot of theft then misuse also. Govt should promote easy migration on green & clean energy, one time investment is tough for individuals, if this problem is sorted out, 60-70% people may think of migrate to green energy system. more

Shivani here what matter is how to save from such outage.We should shift on solar energy as Delhi hardly has rains maximum it is shiny only so let's get use to solar lights. more
