Exactly Corruption and Corrupt officials are not feeling the shame of being a thief because there is no realisation that corruption in any form is an EVIL & immoral act. more

I could not agree more . We must avoid paying bribe in any way as much as possible. Yesterday the person delivering Gas cylinder insisted for Rs. 700 instead of actual bill of Rs. 684. When I refused, he behaved very rudely citing extra 14 Rs. as his rightful "chay (tea) money". Good that I had change and gave him exact 684 Rs, and got a very dirty look as reward. He does not know/understand that it is not matter of 14 Rs. and that I am contributing much more than that having opted out of subsidy. This shows that corruption has become more of a social issue and bribe is regarded as a constitutional right rather than crime. more

Treating an ailment which is prevalent in this country for ages does take time to heal, but we should not stop finding a cure for the ailment called CORRUPTION! more

Do agree but practically i saw a parent had to pay bribe for his son's nativity certificate after 12 th result to join for Medicine/Eng Course since time is short and they refused to give more
