Pre-Recording Announcements

At present in trains like Rajdhani, Shatabdi and Duronto Express trains having public address system, pre-recorded announcements are made at the time of departure of train from the train originating station/intermediate station and also at the time of arrival of the train at intermediate station/destination.

Ministry of Railways has now decided that to educate the passengers about various provisions involving the welfare of the passengers as well as Railways, pre-recorded messages should be played during the run of the train in such trains having public announcement system inter alia announcing the below. Some contact Nos are given-may be helpful if they respond. But the most problem is that neither TTEs are available after they once check tickets nor any security is available even in 2nd A.C. compartment. There has recently been some dacoity, burglary in some trains. Why TTEs shall not be available? Why complaint book is not readily available? Unless there are properly answered there is no reason to waste time writing them again and again. IRCTC should function better-they must follow instructions before issuing tickets. When available they must say what tickets they will issue before the payment is made. more
Tjhis is not important but in rajdhani and shatabdi, passengers are looted by way of food and catering. Railway officials are mum in the matter when complained as The contractors are having an hold upto board level. The officials are heavily paid for such contracts On ncomplaint, they dispose off the case by penalising an amount of 10,000 to 15000 or issue warning to contractors.  It is seen that big caterers like MFC ,Kellogs etc want to take catering but they can not  pay big amount as bribe. They care for quality. It is seen that railway officails allow this loot to be carried with extension on quotation  basis after expiry of the tender contract Why??Answer is clear. In Bhopal shatabdi, cockroach found in food. Penalty 10000 imposed and case disposed. In 22693, rajdhani, chickens nails and foot found in non veg curry, action not known The food served is poor in quality and quantity, Why Answer is political hold and currupt railway officials. PLEASE STOP PRE PAID CATERING CHARGES IN RAJDHANI AND SHATABDI if really want to make railways better On Saturday, 12 September 2015 12:10 AM, Ministry Of Railways wrote: more
