Precautions after pacemaker

I am 67 and fitted a pacemaker due to 3:1 AV Block. What precautions are required to be taken and when I may perform Yoga ? more

Please follow the advice as suggested by learned people here . There are lots of restrictions on the person who has undergone any procedure on heart including a bypass surgery My suggestion is to hold on to the basics only Eat right and exercise according to the capabilities After intake of medicine for the day, don't feel like a patient for rest of the day I have undergone a complicated heart surgery 11 years ago because lungs were weak too due to COPD Medicines for heart and lungs counter each other One set of medicines for lungs makes the heart beat faster and lungs need restful life whereas heart needs exercise! I have created a balance between the two I am 68,working from home online medical practice and offline also Biggest enemy is stressful life Yoga and meditation helps everyone get a balanced life.
