Prepadness against acts of terror.
Of late the terrorism has increased all around the world and we become more worried when this knocks our neighbor;s doors. Our Security Forces at the borders are generally vigil and when laxity happens (which is human) problem starts.Hence our Border Forces must be given periodical relaxation by sending them to the second line or their line defense and then bringing back to front. The BSF should and has great responsibility in supporting our forces. Frequent Air surveillance must be done. Sensors for detecting the intrusion of enemies and conveying the Army HQ in the area must be installed at the interval of 5 km or so where our Forces cannot normally be there due to climatic conditions and other natural problems. As far as possible borders should be fenced properly and electrified to prevent intrusions. Villagers who occupy near the border line must be asked to move away from that area and settle elsewhere and they must be provided alternative living area. The entire border line areas ( in all the States) must be brought under the Military control so that easy and fool proof patrolling could be done. The villagers must be interacted periodically and make them to inform Army authorities about any stealthy intrusion in the areas which are neighboring the border and they should be rewarded properly. Integrity in BSF personals should be ensured by its chief frequently.
For coordinated action at times of need, all the three forces must meet periodically once in month and review the situation. A post called :Defense General" could be created so that before 3 forces are to be made to work together by orders of president, this Common Chief could take immediate action More number of Army solders for all the 3 forces should be recruited with immediate effect and inducted in to the Defence forces. more

I agree with Karur Radhakrishnan. We daily see the day to day incidents on LOC in news channels. our Army and BSF are capable to control the attacks from terrorists and Pakistani army. But they adopt the gorilla fight trained by China and Pakistan. There is always truth has victory over menace. A jackal can't win over a lion. We should use the tactics of Israel and Taiwan. One day China will swallow Pakistan. There is a proverb " Hedge it's self swallows the Mellons ". Watch and wait they won't succeed in their malice activities. more

There have been so many regular attacks taking place on our army jawans that one wonders if we can talk about our safety as citizens. more
