Preparation a WILL

Want to prepare will and get it registered. Hope
some one, in our circle, can advise on the following aspects.

1. Draft / Format of the will and its pre-requisites / annexure required, if any.

2. Procedure / office for the Registration in Gurgaon / Panipat.

3. Is there is requirement or need to engage a professional / lawyer to prepare a will to ensure proper language and procedure / help in getting it registered.

If so suggest contact details of some one reliable and reasonable on charges.
