Presidium Pitam Pura - illegal school
I am one of the unfortunate parent , my kid is studying in this illegal school as declared by DOE . We were never told about the illegal status (not recognized) of this school at the time of admission and like me around 500 parents were misled by Presidium management for admission . Apart from this illegal status School is charging unjustifiable tuition fee amounting to Rs 10,000/- per month in addition to yearly fees amounting to Rs 40,000/- under development and annual charges.
The school is openly looting parents under the protection and shield of politicians and corrupt bureaucrats.
We had formed an association of parents of this pitam pura branch called as PAPA (Presidium All Parents Association) and jointly we are trying our best to fight against corrupt practices of this school and trying to establish a model case for rest of the pvt schools in Delhi/NCR.

There should be a policy to be displayed on the gate of each private school so that this can be avoided. Management of these illegal schools should be punished for cheating innocent people, but school should be regularised so that children can get education. more

Thanks Ram n Nagesh. Problem is these crooks are openly giving away franchisee under there brand name and taking no liability on there head but the fact is these franchisee are just puppets and suitable means by which they can easily loot parents and pass on there loot to school mgmt . Now Presidium mgmt had clearly told in our RTI filed that pitam pura branch is not there school and they have nothing to do with this branch , fact is all branding, working culture and even fees we pay is in name of Presidium pitam pura.And worst is at the time of admission they never disclose that this is franchisee owned branch. more

Please approach the court through your association with all available valid documents & Government Order to substantiate your claim. It may take a little time but once it is proved there will be a cascading effect throughout India on such schools curbing these kind of looting parents. Court will definitely take stern action on such practices. No point in approaching the Govt.,/DOE, as you rightly pointed our these things will happened in connivance of these officials & Bureaucrats. They might have thought due to parents pressure the school may get recognition. such old tricks does not work any more. like wise illegal constructions etc., simply these people make you frustrated. Once the Court summons these crooks they will fall in line & truth will come out & even all the parents may be compensated accordingly. Please appoint a team of Sr.Lawyers who is committed to fight your cause & have close monitoring the progress as these crooks even approach these Lawyers to weaken the case. I am sure that most of parents know that the school is not recognised but applied for recognition, which may expected shortly, once it gets recognized the fee structure may go up saying this the crooks have made you to walk into the trap. THE MATTER SHOULD BE REPORTED TO THE EDUCATION DEPARTMENT OF DELHI STATE AND ALSO TO THE ACB OF DELHI, BECAUSE SUCH SCHOOLS CAN NOT RUN WITHOUT THE SUPPORT OF STATE OFFICIALS. more

@ Deepak , pls share your views and docs. so that everybody can be made aware and cautioned about the misdeeds and corrupt practices preached by so called Presidium chain of school. more
