Preventing Child Abuse: Citizen Inputs on Solutions
1. Parents should educate the child and keep an alert watch on activities of people around the child
2. The child should be taught about bad touch, bad behaviour, etc.
3. Good touch and bad touch should be taught from class I
4. Children should be given some knowledge about likely threats but gradually depending upon their age
5. It is important that parents should be given this information to educate their children to suit their individuality
6. Children should be familiarized to identify undesirable persons, from their body habits, conversation and gestures. This can be done through showing slides or videos in schools or homes
7. Special TV programs can be televised after giving proper publicity
8. A dedicated helpline for education against child abuse should be established
9. Children should be taught to refuse the company of anyone other than their parents & family members
10. Every district should have a dedicated lady police officer for juvenile related matters. more

Rape of below 12 years is to be set at Willful Attempt to Murder & to be set to Death. Rape of any shall be set at Solitary Life imprisonment and Fine compensating the aggrieved family members . Unlawful Sex whether on molestation, Consent or Connivance shall be imposed with Life Sentence and Fine compensating the aggrieved Family members and the Victim . Lawful Sex shall mean : Sexual intercourse between Wife and Husband . EXISTING IPC SECTIONS ARE TO BE AMENDED INSERTING ABOVE PUNISHMENTS . There will certainly be a drastic downfall in Unlawful Sex rate. more
