Even today , THREE MINOR Raped a Girl . GOI/ SC need to fix 14 years for Boys and 11 years on Girls instead of 16 years opted recently . more  

The culprits must undergo compulsory psychiatric treatment and should be released only after medical certificate of a psychiatric hospital and a registered social workers evaluation of full recovery before a magistrate. Children should be taught in the class the difference between good touch and bad touch. Desserted areas in schools should be manned by staff and crowds should be evenly distributed in premises. School should be open for entry only in the presence of principal. Behavioural changes of the child should immediately reported to parents There should be a social worker in schools by law to report to the magistrate her findings every month. more  

1. Every Educational institution shall have only trained and talented teaching Staff as was earlier to 95 . 2. No Parent or other than the Staff and Students shall cross the line of Head of the Institution whose office shall situate just at the entrance . 3. The Educational institute shall inform in writing to the parents of the Child about any incident of indiscipline , disrespect , disobedience and arrogance particularly demanding fine for payment within 7 days ; and , for physical appearance in the cases of arrogance and if he is adamant . There shall be final warning of dismissal at the first such instance and any such repeat shall tender the dismissal without giving any chance of hearing . 7. Educational institutions shall debar and dismiss those involve in Eve Teasing ; Ragging etc., unsocial and unethical issues in the premises as well as the Hostels maintained or , allowed by Governments outside in Private . 8. Every Student and Parents shall be given with a Booklet of Moral , Social and Conduct Tips that every Student shall inspire and obey as a Promise for the Social Cause of Student-life . There is the need of enlightening the values of Sub-clause of Article 51 A read with S.C. Direction for the tender age . 9. Every State shall make above 8 conditions mandatory for every educational institution . 10. Every Parent shall have to take an oath of obedient conduct and character of heir Child at the time of remitting yearly Admission and re-administration Fee . 11. Every Educational institution shall have Assembly Ground and conduct Assembly daily as was existed till 1995 . 12. In cases of inability , at least a weekly Assembly is to be conducted at nearby Open Municipal Place . UNLESS MORALITY , SOCIAL NATURE , CONDUCT AND CHARACTER MOTIVATIVES OF INDIAN IDEALS are planted and Parents also made responsible for a Royal , Loyal , Sincere and Social candidature in the Students , with strict regulations and constant watch and control , there cannot be any betterment in the Children and to the Children . News Channels those visualizing whole the day and night Sex Exposing ; Sex exciting ODD ADDS ; Solo Songs ; Sex instigating Chorus Dances etc., besides instigating Liquor and stimulating Drugs ; ARE ALL THE PERSISTENT EVILS OF MANY SEX ABUSES AND CRIMES THAT NATURALLY INSPIRES THE UN-KNOWN STUDENTS AND WELL KNOWN TEACHERS ALSO . Children should be taught about good and bad touch/behaviour by adults. Also perpetrators of such crime should not be just given life sentence...they should be hanged in public to create awareness and terror amongst people that no one is above law...else many such Nirbhaya and Pradhuman will go on suffering... more  

Why such incidents are taking place in such schools .snce the accused has confessed the crime let there be speedy justice and a fast track court give judgment as early as possible and convict him to death by hanging and also make an example by hanging him in public .. as early as possible.
