preventing violence in protests

Thousands of crores in damage in Rohtak.
Many people lost their shops and livelihood.
Who is responsible?
Will the culprits ever be punished so that no one dares to do this again?
It is someone hates our country people, and are deliberately hurting them for selfish reasons more

I had approached HJ'ble President of India on 2.-8.2013 with several details and felt happy reading His Message of Independence Day to the nation i.e, the whole Citizen in which he had covered specifically the most important public issues that we had also discussed in this Circle . I possible , the English Speech of 2013 independence day if collected and listed Issue wise , will second our shared suggestions and demands . Further, All the High Courts and the Supreme Court also know the issue of Financial frauds , cheating , misusing , misappropriation , wilful diversifications , Quid proko arrangements , etc., of Nation and Citizen funds through the number of Cases held in Courts , pending investigation, and in Police Stations . Violence is such every authority and leader afraid if not supportive . Even Judges had to divert due to the demands from the local Rowdy Sheeters supported by Muscle Power leaders . more
If the supreme court has no power, the president who appoints the judge for the supreme court has rights to question the financial loss being face in the country as of I know. If i am wrong then their will be someone who can question them as everything is being framed in our Indian constitution. more
The right way to punish the hoodlums is to impose fine of Rs. 500 crore on leaders of agitating community and responsibility to collect the fine from the entire community to pay up the damages. At least a procedure can be started to challenge the leadership and congregation of barbarians. more
We need to have regulations against political candidates. No one with criminal history should be allowed to run. more
SUPREME COURT OF THE NATION ALSO COULD NOT ADDRESS THE LOSSES TO CITIZEN & GOVERNMENT PROPERTIES OF ITS OWN NATION . THE REASON IS THE EXTREME POWER SET IN LEGISLATURES WHERE ABUT 40% COMPRISE THOSE WHO HAVE CRIMINAL CANDIDATURE AND EVEN WITH CASES PENDING . The HUGE number of Criminal and Financial Cases pending in various Cases on Political Leaders and their Supports do prove this fact . Indian were and had been set so under the oppressive method of Political Democracy without Regulations of Candidature that shall be Mandatory . more
