prevention of dust pollution

It is a known fact that road side dust creates 2.5 pm -10 pm particles.DAILY dry SWEEPING OF ROADS ,FOOT PATHS CLEANS THE ROAD OF TREE LEAVES & GIVES AN APPEARENCE OF CLEANLINESS BUT AT the same time swirls the road side dust in to air increasing the dangerous pollution. We should discuss whether daily removal of tree leaves is essential for health .If daily leaves are not removed ,what harm it may cause.
Only such trees should be planted in which leaves shedding is least .
Trees give oxygen but cannot absorb dust while grass can absorb dust.So along with tree plantation, grass should also be planted where ever there is any grey area.

All areas which can produce mud should be identified and filled with pucca material or grass should be planted so that mud generation stops.
While digging on roads, the area should be draped as is done during surgical operations.Mud should only fall on drapped cloth & not on road. After digging ,the mud can be covered with another cloth or can be filled in poly thene bags to be used later on in refilling .This will prevent dust pollution.
Nothing is difficult or impossible.Only a firm will is needed. more

Good Suggestions. Also, the owness goes on us as well. We do not always have to be dependent on the authorities. Additionally mulch would be helpful to prevent mud from loosening. more
Very good suggestions, we must plant trees, grow grass and same time also use interlocking stones only for all floors, like footpaths and roadsides and even in driveways of buildings, so that rain water can seep into these interlocking stones and part water can be absorbed by the land as well, the INTERLOCKING stones for all footpaths and common driveways and such areas is best towards rain water harvesting, as only these types are used worldwide even in road building... we must take serious steps in this regard soon........ let this message reach higher ups too please....... Lets use new material for betterment of life too.... BHARAT AAGE BADHO.... towards progress more
Appreciate VK. I have also taken up these matters but no activity seen. more
