With Good monsoon last year and this year Vegetable farming had increased and yield is higher. After slowly been reducing since 1st Jun 2020 in towns and cities so movement of food product from farm to populated area is better. But Prices are rising because of Whole sellers and retailers who control all APMCs. But these higher prices do not benefit the Farmers who are paid fixed prices decided by the whole seller Cartels and Govt has NO CONTROL on their Profiteering activities and these Whole sellers do not PAY ANY EXTRA SALES AND IT TAXES for all unauthorised Profiteering. State and Cent Govts do not want to control illegal activities of APMC and whole sellers as they are one of the main source of Election funding to political parties. Both Farmers and consumers public are being Openly Looted by APMC and Govt. more
Let the price of Tamato and Patato be controlled, as it is common in use. But COVID should not impact on the livelihood of farmers. more
So what can local circles manager do? They should take this up imm ediately. Let me tell you everyone is taking advantage of this situation. This morning I went into a ladies parlour. The board said price of eyebrows threading is Rs.60/- It was Rs.40/- before the Covid situation. So I went in but asked the price again. guess what they said : Rs.120/- for threading of the eyebrows!!!! I walked out. I am not going to allow this kind of profiteering. Every product has gone up 20% or higher and the people who have made the most profit are the baniyas and the bajiwallas. My maid had gone to the market in Wagholi to her native place. She got back vegetables for Rs.10/- each. Everything was so cheap and fresh. But the rascals in Pune city think they can charge anything. We call them looteras! more
We prevail in CORRUPTION, then why complaint? There is no sure mechanism in this country, either Central rules or State rules to protect the consumers, especially in the case of senior citizens, who do not have a permanent income. the retired benefits yielded 9.5% interest has now become 5.75!!!!!! The farmers do not get the benefits on what they cultivate, the respective governments in the State pile up corruption, and loot the citizens. where to complain! There are no mechanism in most of the State, other than few States, where the CM is taking care of his citizens (for example U.P). Think about Kerala, last 4.6years, the administrative machinery is failed there, as there is a communist government installed there, who only govern their own party cadres. Common life affected there, there is no intervention even from the Centre. Corruption is 100% there (Gold Smuggling for terrorism, Narcotics, Land mafia, Destroying Hindu temples and their worship styles, Forced Religious conversion, Black money, Corruption in all walks of life, Backdoor appointments of party cadres, Rape has become a common factor by Communists, COVID-no effective approach to control it, local bomb manufacturing units by communists... there is no end to this. How come the Central government not intervening! During these 4 years, atleast over 100 RSS volunteers might have killed, and there are no justice for them! Precisely, there are no security for LIFE & PROPERTY of any non.communists there. The State govt functions independently and carry out illegal things where central government approval is required! Gods own state has become Devils state! Who will save this state!! more
