price rise

Mr. Deepak i agree with u that brockers are looting the country, until and unless v will not have direct access with producer /grower ,we cannot control prices , growers are selling vegitables and other produce at abnormally low rate but brocker is selling very high. This anomaly has to be corrected by constructing cold storage godowns and small farmers be allotted storage rooms on very nominal monthly charges i also add that geothermal heat pumps be installed in the godowns for cooling the building.this is renewable energy and widely used in developed world for cooling big mauls and other buildings. more

It is the result of Government mismanagement . British Government was fixing the Price of all essential commodities so taming these Dalals , now they are member of Political Parties , most of the Government property in Country has been grabbed by the Karyakartas of Political Parties when any rivelary take big heading of killing of a neta of a particular Party . more
Remove all taxes and there will be no inflation and no corruption more
If this was affordable than Indians have created cold storage. more
The Government MUST take steps to eliminate/eradicate 'Dalals' otherwise with any amount of effort on the part of the Government, prices will NOT come down for anything in the market. Demand and Supply are being controlled by the 'Dalals', plain Economics is NOT at play. This is 'Dalal's Economics'. Alfred Marshall or Adam Smith is no where to be seen! Everything is artificial and man made. more
Any price rise is not a new phenomena. Depending on the degree of difference between production and demand price will shoot. best thing possible is to start growing vegetables at least an ear of 10 feet by 10 feet square area by each possible families. Another solution is that using information technology government has to make survey for demand and availability of each commodity in a season and predict future demand. Based on this demand spead the growing of each crops among the farmers by getting registration of crops that is going to grow by each farmers. Now farmer does not know how many farmers are planned for onion (or) any other crops in a season. Information technology is available. But ministers are not educated enough to utilise these special advantage and power of information technology! more
