Pricing Products......
And, after I've posted what I wish to suggest, let me hope together with you that "this voice will be heard by those who should hear it".....
We observe that most of the products that are sold in India......be these clothes, shoes, utensils, glassware, object d'art, gift articles, electronic and electrical items, food articles (be these in packets or in bottles/jars), bed linen, bath ware, ....and what not....all these carry their product illustrations in relatively "LEGIBLE" script, but when it comes to price, the manufacturer uses the "smallest possible script" that's available.
Folks, MUST THIS BE? Does the producer not understand that the buyer's first interest is to "know the price"? I've been witness in several shops to prospective buyers asking again and again and again for the price of different products in one and the same shop. I PERSONALLY CONSIDER THAT AS A WASTE OF VALUABLE TIME BOTH OF THE BUYER AND THE SELLER.
Would someone in authority please take note of this and arrange that the price should be written in the LARGEST SCRIPT available on the product. more
