It seems to be printed for Harptree ford. Confirm from other places the price and if the are overcharging you raise the issue with ford. And then u may take legal recourse at the appropriate forum more
File complaint with Metrological department. more
sir if you have bill of the bulb, it must have MRP printed on the bill. just have a chat with manager of the repairing shop. matter will be resolved otherwise go to online complaint in consumer forum. more
One can approach Consumer Forum viz: Approach Consumer Forum for redressal of consumer grievances against sale of defective goods or deficient services or adoption of unfair restrictive trade practices for redressal of consumer grievances against sale of defective goods or deficient services or adoption of unfair restrictive trade practices. more
Every one will face this problem and few go to consumer forum. The other public has to give an extra amount which the company should not charge. It is not only loss to the buyer but a big profit to the seller who will maintain to bills one for profit gaining and another bill for auditing and tax paying. Can't the government take any step or pass any amendment to stop these type of cheating done by the companies. more
