The root cause for flaws in the legal system is because we have deviated from the origin of law, i.e "Dharma", as sages prescribed and religions were created to establish the values in the society. We are deviated from the origin. It is time that we give more emphasis on value education at different levels. We need to inculcate the "consciousness" in the society, which may sound abstract , but is a reality for arresting the moral degradation of the society. At local levels we need to be alert towards anti social activities. Is it possible to take such drive? more
Just to bring it to the notice that of we could change the age old judicial system by introducing tat and accountability oriented system which will help to wind up pending issues and not let the lawyers take advantage. more
I observe that we Indians are the worst with ourselves own as we do not follow principles of nature, rules, guidelines made by the Govt. we cheat ourselves for no cost. Therefore the most important task is to follow self discipline. Until and unless public of India and every citizen of India follow self discipline no Govt. can do better or progress. Wide publicity or programme is required for imposing self discipline. Senior citizens, retired persons who are capable and devote with full zeal should be registered. Teams be formed from them. They must work honrary. But they must given some Recognition (Cards) and facts reported by them to the proper officer must be investigated on top Priority. These persons/teams should work for 3-4-5 hours a day as per fixed frequency. They should try to enforce law and order, cleanliness, discipline etc. etc. Ramesh Chand Agarwal more
Root cause of the state of Hygiene, sanitation, civic sense is- 1. Lack of accountability. 2. Corruption 3. Lack of knowhow. 4. Scarcity of funds.
