Is user dataset secured in online ecommerce site ? What should i do if my dataset is leak by any online portal to public or share my data with other business ? more

Read the privacy policy of the site in detail, before you make any purchase. The specifics of what you purchase and your data in terms of email etc can be sold/shared by the site as per standard policy. However, they are not permitted to share your transaction details or payment data like credit card information. And equally important disable cookies on your browser so that the information is not shared/stored for later use. If you understand your browser settings well, lot of things can be prevented. more

Yes different sites/less use of any particular card is important.[2]The computer or the payees site asks-i will store data for next use[card details]..there one has to remove such option. more

1. Try to use only secure sites (i.e., those with "https://.......") 2. Any employee of the e-commerce site having access to the database can still leak your data. 3. If you download any third party app from the e-commerce site, it can cause the leak. Ultimately, nothing is safe online! You must be able to prove that the said e-commerce site has leaked your data which will be impossible. more

All such issues and some questions had been in routine even with the long used Debit and Credit Cards. What loss we suffer is the issue . The Absence of Unique identification resulted in various frauds, Financial Crimes of government Funds, public Finances and natural treasure decades together. The volume of loss on this account is multiple lakhs of Crores which should have been set for Free Education to all below 14 years ; Aided Education at lowest cost upto Intermediate AND , Subsidized Higher Education for to Meritorious Students irrespective of Caste, creed, Religion . If the personal data of Name, Phone Number, Address, Age and Sex and even the Photo is in any way hijacked, what loss the individual or an uncountable number suffer ; will the Government and Judiciary keeps quiet leaving the Citizen suffer ; IS THE QUESTION TO THE THOUGHT OFF. Lakhs Crores of public and government Funds are being spent as Subsidies, Grants, Concessions every year and Thousands of Crores per year are getting looted out of these and the amounts mismanaged and volume of sums standing in Banks as NPAs. Unless the majority of Citizen realize the injustice and loss under the present loose carry of Financial Control, Country cannot sustain economically and the generation cannot have even this much education . The Statistics of 2011 are to be thought promptly by all of us SINCE STILL THE ILLITERATES SCORE ABOVE 46% WHICH IS RESULTANT TO THE DIPLOMACY OF POLITICIANS OT KEEP MAJORITY VOTERS UN-EDUCATED AND STAND IN PAUCITY AND POVERTY .
