PRIVATE HOSPITALS

WHY SO MUCH CRY ON HOSPITAL SERVICES.SINCE IT IS A SERVICE AND NOT PURE MAANAV SEVA,IT NEEDS A DEFINATION AND CONDITION OF BUSINESS.EVERY SMALL HOSPITAL CANT HAVE ALL LIFE SAVING FACILITIES AND NO MAN POWER MACHINARY POWER HOW YOU EXPAXT FRROM MEDICALL PROFESSIONALS. EXPANCES ORIENTED CHARGES CAN BE CALCULATED AND GIVE A RATING TO ALL PVT HOSPITALS. AS CHARGES OF ALL LAWYERS ENGINEERS PROFESSORS CEO AND MANY MORE PROFESSIONAL ARE NOT FIXED NOR HAVE ANY CAPPING NOR THEY HAVE TO WORK WITHOUT PAYMENTS.WHY ONLY MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS ARE TARGATTED WHY MEDICLAIM COMPANIES ARE ALLOWED TO PAY AS HOSPITAL RATINGS AND LUXARIOUS FACILITIES. WE ALL KNOW THAT GOOD HEALTH IS EVERYBODY RIGHT BUT WHY GOVERNMAENT WANT TO CRIMINALISE PVT HOSPITAL.CAN ANY DOCTOR PVT OR GOVERNMENT CAN PROVIDE ANY GAURENTEE OF TREATMENT OUTCOME.THEY ARE NOT GOD IF WE WANT TO MAKE THEM GOD THE SHELL PACKUP AND SAY GOOBY.WHY WE NEVER THINK DUTIES OF THOSE WHO NEED BETTER HEALTH CARE IT CAN BE PROVIDED BY MUTUAL UNDERSTANDING AND NOT BY PUNISHING SOMEONE WITHOUT ANY GROUND.IF AN ACCIDENT HAS HAPPENED IT IS BAD ROAD POOR DRIVING TECHNIQUE UNATHOURISED VEHICLE DRIVING ALCOHOL OVERCROWDING ALL THES ARE DUTY OF GOVERNMENT,THEY ARE EQUALLY RESPONCIBLE.WHEN IT COMS TO DOCTORS HUMANITY COMS IN THE WAY THEIR CRIMES ARE NOT CRIME.THEY SHOULD BE MADE EQUALLY RESPONCIBLE. more

People dont look at the fact that doctor saves life of 100 s of patients in life time but nowadays he is worried that even if one case goes wrong people will beat him up and damage property with support of local politician This increases stress on the doctor and he spends on more tests and on medico legal angle of the case The compensation for case have been few crores of rupees by the courts and the doctor charges only few hundreds to thousand per case This is unfair to the doctor Amir khan charges crores for programs to say that doctors should charge less.isnt this mockery of whole process of charges? Indian treatment charges are so low by WORLD STANDARDS that patients fly to india to get treated INDIAN doctors are trusted world over for their expertise and look what INDIAN society is doing to them more
The poor suffer because they cant get good quality care at govt hospitals and they run to private clinics They want best treatment at cheapest cost How is that possible? Iccu requires instruments that are costly and have to be replaced every 4 years It requires ventilators costing 7 to 10 lac rupees Trained sisters costing 25000 p month and atleast 3 such sisters for round the clock care Trained doctors costing rs 50000 p month and 3 such doctors Electricity to run instruments Costly medicines to support critical patients Ct scan costs 2 crores and good doctors to report which adds to daily costs .land for ct scan. Electricity for ct scan more
Treatment for the poor should be provided by govt Private hospital buy land at commercial rate Pay electricity at comnercial rate Pay water at commercial rate Pay municipal taxes at commercial rate Spend on waste collection at high rates One operation table costs 1 lac to 15 lac rupees Imported camera items costs 15 lacs Imported harmonic instrument for surgery 12 lac rupees Imported lights in operation theatre costs 3 lacs to 10 lacs How can you expect non commercial activity from doctors Every time doctor goes for learning new technique he spends few thiusands to few lacs of rupees every 2 to 3 years. Society has got it all wrong more
Unless quality assurance departments are not established and quality management principles are imbibed by hospitals and the data collected over a period analysed by a central body like NABH or M C I the results of treatment in all hospitals are going to be varying .No body can guarantee 100% result like industries.Wake up MCI!!! more
