Private Security Companies - Issues
Security recruitment is a big scandal. Many of the people from MP, UP, Bihar, Hariyana, Punjab, Asam are having fake ammunition licence. There are number of recruitment started by number of Major, Corl Sargent level people in and around. Many of them not at all from army but have muscle power from their native. They also use truck terminals to get more muscle power, particularly at Navi Mumbai, Palghar , Boiser etc.
Hows they recruit people as guard : They call people from their native places. People who are having ammunition licence are given preference.
They select little healthy people as guard. They train them in saluting people from society, Organisation. They are also trained to obtain confidential information from Society or organisation.
When there is complaint against the guard, the agency change their working place and do not remove them from the job. So the unwanted activities goes on.
After committing serious crime such people run away easily because, their employer destroy their records. So you can imagine people at Major and conl level behave like this. What is their contribution for our country when they were in army. Even orderly level person start his own security agency. more

@PCSReddy: Don't feel sad PMO doesn't, CBI doesn't, our MLA & MP doesn't. Neither do the general public for none seem to have kids or grand children. PMO & CBI had a 100 page document in Jan 2016 about this Organized racket accessing schools. What did they do? NOTHING What did our members do? Government should have proper legal contracts for security personnel, maid servants, helpers, attenders, drivers, freelancers etc. This is actually good for them. They will get their salaries on time. And they must be trained regularly in government recognized centers. They must go thru health checks every 6 months to ensure they have the correct mental and physical state to execute their jobs. Agencies engaging them must follow government"s contract terms. more

Really I am feeling SAD to know this brutal act of rape in India since decades after independence. As s matter of fact the act of rape irrespective of age has illegally legalized in our Indian legal act because all the decision makers in the legal system are men. In this case I would like to recall the president awardee good old Film "Mrugaya" and its message to the society. All the leaders in India including president and primitiveness must feel ashamed for ignoring the punishments in the brutal act of rapes across the country. The wonder is that right from the officers, minsters, police officials, political leaders, rich people, religious Babas, including down level drivers and peons are committing these brutal rapes by taking the advantage of week legal system. The lowers must feel shame to protect such type of culprits in the court. Women leaders also must feel ashamed for ignoring the action against these brutal act of rapes. I am feeling to say that all the responsible people right from the officers to ministers, including Prime Minister and President must feel ashamed and declare that they are helpless in this so called pseudo-democratic country. The revolution must be started at National level to shut down the governance until we get the change in legal system. All the women at all levels must stop working and protest at National level.
