Procedure for getting e-pass

My father is hospitalised at my native place Baraut for last two days and my cousin is there look after him. I am residing at AWHO township at Greater Noida. I want to go to see my ailing father and i have applied on line for the e-permission/pass yesterday for 07/05/2020 to 08/05/2020 but no action so far. Today, i again applied on line for the e-pass but no information so far. Yesterday, i had called on the office land line number of the District Magistrate and was able to speak to some authorised person there around 1500 hours but since then i am unable to contact at that number. The given mobile number of the DM Greater Noida is switched off. Please guide me as how to get the travel pass/permission. Regards

sir go to personally to DM/SDM office and request them . carry your id and father's hospitalization paper (s) to show to officer. and if they ask them to apply online then apply online immediately and request them to approve on priority. more

Th e-pass system does not work. Tried it but it just wont generate a pass. For medical requirements however no pass is required. Just carry doctors prescription, papers or any other proof. Police will not stop you. more
