For Tenders, a highly equipped private organisation may be entrusted other than Railway as at all sectors Railway's own department failed. One of the major point should be kept in terms and conditions for MOU with that organisation if any leakage occurred at their end or otherwise, the major punishment will be imposed on the entrusted organisation as tender recipient 3 times of tender valuation of the job/order/assignment and immediate cancellation of the MOU with that punished organisation.
