Profiteering by Croma on AO Smith Geysers

So an AO Smith geyser 15L was priced at MRP 11,500 on July 25th at Croma retail chain.

The same geyser though GST rates have changed from 28% to 18% is still having same MRP of 11,500.

See attached screenshots. And book croma please.

On the AO smith website the Mrp has reduced by 50 rupees at INR 11,450. Selling price is lower. Attached is there screenshot also.

MRP should have been 10604 and any promotions on top of that. more

Croma is totally mismanaged. more
I quite agree. I bought an iPhone on 4th - 4 days back and paid online in full. Payu confirmed receipt but no confirmation or email or even sms came from Croma. The product came just now in the afternoon. Evidently Croma chaps have no access to or knowledge of computers or email. They could consult TCS, if they have heard of it. Real bums. more

It is the mistake of GST enforcement authority. Let the GST rates be printed on the price list. more
