Profiteering complaint must be extended to other products
Folks of anti profiteering circle, please help me here. I have shared so many complaints about brands. And multiple for some brands. Chances are if a brand is profiteering and deciding not to pass benefits, it applies not just to that product but many more products of that brand.
Then why in the world has Delhi High Court in case of Reckitt Benckiser told DGAP that they cant ask for data for other products of Dettol. Why is the honourable Delhi high court limiting investigations. This is against consumer interest. I am sorry.
If they havent changed MRP on 90 ml bottle, even the 200 ml bottle needs to be checked. Courts must work in consumer interest and not business interest. At best balance the two.

All law enforcing authorities in India search the entire premises on availability of small doubtful information. I feel same logic applies here also. May be court has some other logic for limiting the search. more

I strongly feel that MRP should be abolished,and,let there be an open competition and the Competition itself will decide the fate of products being sold inthe market. more

When one of the item is brought to the notice then during litigation the prosecutor needs to asks the company saying whether this is the only one or is it across the board of the products and company needs to give it in writing that this is the only case and only them the truth will come out and also they will be careful in giving in writing.The report needs to be advertised in the media and also uploaded in the GST website more

It is not proper to criticise the Courts, rather it will be proper to appeal against the decision. more
