The only solution is we need all projects/programmes to be given only to PMP Certified Project Managers from day one.
It is because a PMP Certified Project Managers are equipped with all the processes of a project life cycle from Project Initiation to Project Execution to Project Closure. They are capable to meet the three constrants of all projects :
1. Cost : They are fully trained to complete the project within a given cost and without any cost variance so stopping loot of Govt. Money.
2. Time/Schedule : They ensure that the project is finished in a given time and controls time variance. So no need to worry that the project will be delayed.
3. Quality Variance : They are expert to meet all the quality assurance plan of the given project.
Hence once the projects are given to PMP Certified professionals, we are sure the project is going to be successful.

Dear sir, the success you claims must be true to the aspect, I am not talking about the big money Projects but the small one which can change the future of my country. Can I ask ......? 1. Can you ensure the money which is given for agriculture seeks its destination. 2. Can you ensure Project for entrepreneurship a 100% achievement. 3. Can you ensure projects for water, electricity generation finds its goal. 4. Is Village welfare schemes for housing, health and education are properly done. 5. Kindly point out any single University in a village, sorry there might be one or two but I mean the whole. Because these project causes efforts than money might you can say these are not projects but Budgets declaration from Govt.. What I am saying is shrewd policy with shrewd skilled organisation (never let the smell of defeat) can do this. This is where we all are waiting for a tremendous developing India. more
