PROJECT WARS
From the day of our independence we are more on to projects which always touch the surface area and bounce back. so where is the problem, apparently execution level.
What happens?
1.Central Govt. after formulation of a project will sit aside waiting states to complete there assigned task.
2.No co-ordination from top to bottom.
Solution
1.Give a particular time for completion of work.
2.Always this doesn't means sit and wait, monitor with full intensity(vigorously) because time is time it never waits.
3.Take reports up to date.
4.Help them to overcome the hurdles.
5.Give them the self esteemed motivations.
6.Inquiry central govt. plan is a success or not.(This should be done direct) more

The main problem in execution is many political leaders are not willing to complete project in time. They want to revise and revise again blow up fraudulent costs & never complete. After completing project there is end to fraudulent escalation. Now it is necessary to put clause of penalty on not completing project on time. more

A Nation can achieve nothing unless responsibility is fixed on people for intentional failures, inefficiency and neglect of duties. The minister is concedered as the head of a ministry. And therefore, enjoys free air tickets, Rail tickets and god knows what all perks on the expense of tax payers. While going is good, he will accept all the credit of the work of the ministry. But when wrong happens,inefficiency is displayed and apathy is displayed or, corruption cases come up, the minister ji puts the blame on his secretary, PA and other staff. If, the blame falls first on the minister, his head rolls for major irregularities of ministry, I'm sure the team of Minister, beurocrats and PAs will start delivering and the projects will never fail or delayed. more

Indiscipline is the biggest problem in India, If Govt declares that No parking zone, people feel happy to break such laws,to stop such tendencies and habits,regualar check and open and announce publicly the name of such people openly in new paper with heavy fines. Maheshjani shivshiva.webs.com more

GOVT ON EVERY PROJECT SHOULD INSIST AND RECORD IN THE PROJECT FILE EITHER COMPLETION OR INCOMPLETION CERTIFICATE FROM THE PROJECT HEAD. THE REASONS FOR IN COMPLETION SHOULD BE RECORDED. TAKE ACTION ON INCOMPLETED PROJECTS . INDIANS ARE LETHARGIC AND DO NOT COMPLETE ANY WORK ,EVEN THEIR PERSONAL WORK. EVEN INTELECTUALS WHO TALK AND SUGGEST AND REGULARLY SPEAK ON THE MEDIA DO NOT KNOW THE WORK COMPLETION IN THEIR PERSONAL LIFE. WE HAVE TOTRAIN INDIVIDUALS TO COMPLETE THE PROJECT OR JOB VERY EFFECTIVELY.MOST OF US TALK MORE POLITICS AND CHIT CHAT THAN WORK COMPLETIONS. THIS IS HAPPENING IN ALL GOVT . DEPTS,BANKS, GOVT OFFICES, PUBLIC SECTORS, POLICE DEPT. RAILWAYS., AIRLINES, EDUCATIONAL INSTITTUTIONS ,UNIVERSITIES. ETC ESPECIALLY PROTECTED BY GOVT. SALARIES. more
