The Govt has announced that they want to make the housing affordable-However 12% GST on the total value of house and then,Name transfer charges by builders,again Admin charges by builders at the time of Registration and registration charges at the total value of house- Looks like its a mockery- more  
Land and Buildings being Highly safest many are opting both Land possessing above Ceiling, beyond 2 Houses while the Governments could not control Corrupted, Concealed and Black Money and Wealth. Thus this Corruption and Black Money creating multiple losses to the Governments as well as real public of need . There shall also be a restriction of Holding above 2 Houses to subserve common good, Housing etc., guaranteed in the Constitution. more  
As far the policy making is concerned, this government has already created a lot of stress and confusion among business communities. GST on housing will deprive many dreaming to own a home. The middle class is the worst sufferer. Now, we need to wait and see if they have knowledgeable visionaries in their cadre to make people feel economically safe and secure. more  
Properties those unlawfully held will get notified with Registration Charges while identify the Facts . more
