Protective will

I am Sr citizen , pensioner and a employer who has rose from ZERO amd now having a car, landed property * cents only ND A TWO STOREYED HOME
i WANT TO ENSURE THAT THE ABOVE BANK DEPOSITS AND LIC POLICIES SHOULD NOT GO TO wifes family members and after my death all the above benefits can be enjoyed by wife and son and contributions to my two surviving elder brothers and a younger sister. All I have earned through my hard work, tuitions other employed services, not even a single paise I have taken from wife's side, even some meager chains on her jewllery, She was decorated fully with ornaments by them and removed and taken to hr house immediately after marriage. There was no help what soever even during my severe hardship days
I seek the learned legal experts whether I can pr pare a will with above protective and beneficiary restrictive clauses for the benefit of my sons future otherwise all will be swallowed by my wifes relatives after my death
Please bless me with your valuable advice and guidance

Make a will even handwritten are legal and get them registered or give it to the concerned departments as Banks etc., and you have nothing to worry. more
Will in all its legal meaning including probate to ascertain the legal hairs - is the BEST way to opt for. more
Don't get tensed Sir, after all it is your own earned property, you can write the will according to your wish and will and to whom so ever you are willing to. Please consult your local lawyer and get your WILL vetted by him and get it registered at S.R.O. For your kind information, there is no compulsion that a WILL has to be registered but in your case if any body plays a foul role the registered WILL, will be available at sub registrar office and your legal heirs can have complete protection. ALL THE BEST more
You have to make a proper will bringing out all the circumstances and register it. The witnesses have to be reliable people and it will help if you can manage to obtain a witness known and approved by your wife. Meantime you and your wife can also prepare a joint affidavit to support your statements, witnessed by your legal heirs if they are major, and register it. Please approach a good lawyer. L.
