Here is a case of death of a family member of an employee of Karnataka H.C. The registrar made desperate attempts for 3 hours to get information of Hospitals having bed with Ventilator facility . Finally the Family member died. Imagine the plight of a common man.
The death rate is quite high in the state and particularly in Bengaluru . ONE MAY WELL UNDERSTAND FROM THIS EXAMPLE THE PLIGHT OF THE COMMON MAN ; ALSO HOW THE GOLDEN HOURS ARE LOST , DUE TO NON AVAILABILITY OF DATA OF AVAILABILITY OF BEDS FOR CRITICAL COVID19 CARE .
Initially Karnataka’s prevention methods were good sealing the borders from neighbouring states . Traffic Police and law enforcement was good . As the cases trickled in slow , the relaxation started and was too fast . No doubt public took it easy and the Health authorities too became complacent . The lock down periods were normally utilized to build up the COVID 19 treatment facilities and plan further to reach the unreached .
Authorities should develop some means [the I.T. world is there ] to make the most important data, Beds Availability and facilities for Covid 19 Treatment & Emergency to the common man .

The medical infrastructure will get overloaded if people do not take precautions and catch Covid 19. Even non covid patients will suffer due to the hospitals fear of virus as it could be asymptomatic. Mask wearing should be made compulsory for the next few months while in public. A minimum of Rs 1000 fine should be imposed for not wearing a mask properly more

Can we expect now the value of the time in the disposal of Court cases? 10-15 years are taken to dispose a case in a court. Now, they are pointing at medical department. They have no moral right to complain any one else on the delay. more

We in Bengaluru, are used to it. HC can take a suo moto case and wait for the verdict till 2050,if it all if there is 2050. more
