Provision for holidays

Most of the times GST due dates are falling on Holiday. Whether it is Sunday, lockdown or any festival.
Why not their is a provision of 'due dates which are falling on Sundays/Lockdown/festival' will be shifted automatically to next working day? more

My humble opinion is that the decision-makers and the planners do not think clearly all the scenarios, not just with this particular issue but others as well. I totally agree with Sri. Mahesh Gupta. We speak and read and understand English reasonably well, but the use of English words by people in power are awful and woefully wanting. For example, if I read step-by-step instructions of any process, I am more confused than before reading those supposedly step-by-step instruction. more

Our tax laws are not framed clearly and intelligently, rather confusions have been created on every occasion such as there is different definition of relatives in different situation in IT act and other laws, similarly turnover has different meanings at different places, why nil rated items can't be exempt items in GST, why different terms like more than, more than or equal to is used in different situations. I don't think there can be much of difference in Tax collections if above is standardised. CA MAHESH GUPTA more
