PUBLIC MONEY - SAFE IN BANKS

1. The Money from such and of the Black Money Created at the support of Corruption including the Concealed Wealth from Taxes, IS IN ; Lands ; BUILDINGS ; Commercial Complexes ; MOVIE , FUNCTION HALLS ; Business Houses ; SHARES AND MUTUAL FUNDS ; Gold and Jewelry ; BANK BALANCES/ DEPOSITS/ CERTIFICATES both within and Abroad ; . 2. Five Decades continued Money Laundering, Misappropriation and Quid Pro-Quo by Business Sector held in support of Politicians and their Supporting Settlement Gangs ; 3. Four Decades Misappropriation, Robbery and Smuggling of Land Treasure and Forest Produces ; 4. Two Decades Cheating , Misuse, Misappropriation, and Quid Pro-Quo held in Banks and Financial Institutions of NATIONALIZED ; Registered/Licensed ; Private Sector which was largely supported with Funding by Politically Placed Ministries in addition to the NPA or, those already WRITTEN OFF or, kept ready for Writing off in the name of "' BAD AND DOUBTFUL DEBTS '" ; 5. ALL THE MONEY WHETHER IN FORM OF CREATED WHITE under legally allowed forms OR IN THE FORM OF BLACK MONEY AND CONCEALED WEALTH AND THE VALUE OF THESE are in the forms and places identified in point No. 1 above . 6. Failure of Law and Order , enforcement of Law by various Wings of Policing = = Failure of Sincerety, Lapse of Commitment to Job entrusted, Cheating mentality of certain groups of Government Staff ; Banking and Business Staff, Officials = Lapse of commitment to Constitutional Mandates by Sitting and Ex Members of Legislative Assemblies, Councils and Parliament Houses = Failure of Trust by certain lawyers/Advocates = etc., etc., all are the root causes . 7. Last but not the least, there is no mandatory Body/Authority comprised in the Constitution on the issue of implementation of mandatory part of Rule under the Constitution. Even the Guarantees contemplated in the Preamble of the Constitution were not signified as to which Authority is held responsible to deliver the issues of preamble to its Citizen . This only is the real cause giving birth and growth to all ILLS AND EVILS under well supported Musclepower , Communal Activism that are backing Politicians and Political Parties. The Several Amendments to the Constitution in the first 3 decades [ 30 years ] , various Judgments of Supreme Court prove the pitiable and pathetic condition of the survivors of FREEDOM FIGHTERS AND THEIR QUIT INDIA MOVEMENT and the reason is only the lapse of Mandatory Authority explained above . more
