PNB SLP 24302 OF 2016 CHALLENGING MP DIVISION BENCH JUDGEMENT ALLOWING PENSION OPTION TO COMPULSORY RETIRED EMPLOYEES HAS BEEN DISMISSED ON 30 AUG 2016.
IT IS REGRETABLE TO INFORM THAT NEITHER THESE BANKS NAMELY ANDHARA BANK, PUNJAB& SINB BANK UNITED BANK NOR IBA / MINISTRY OF FINANCE/ LAW MINISTY HAVE TAKEN ANY STEP SO FAR TO STOP THE INJUSTICE BEING DONE IN ALL SIMILARLY PLACED CASES . THIS HAS RESULTED IN FILING OF MULTIPLE CASES AT VARIOUS HIGH COURTS BY OTHER SIMILARLY PLACED OFFICER. TO QUOUE A FEW . 1.AGAINST P&SB AT CHANDIGARH. 2. AGAINST PNB AT DELHI & ALLAHABAD HC. 3. ALLAHABAD BANK AT PATNA HC.4. UNION BANK AT CHENNAI. 5 ANDHARA BANK AT HYDERABAD.
IF ALL THE SIMILARLY PLACED AGGRIEVED EMPLOYEES TO HAVE MOVE TO THE COURTS JUSTICE IS BEING UNNESSARILY DELAYED . WILL THE LAW MINISTER RESPOND ON THE ISSUE ? more
