PUBLIC SECTOR BANKS ARE CHEATING TO SMALL DEPOSITERS

bank, bank managing director - all are cheating to innocent and honest depositor. THEY ARE NOT DEPOSITING TDS IN TIME AND AFTER THAT DEPOSITING TDS + INTEREST ON TDS ( a penalty imposed on late payment of TDS - ) RBI Banking Ombudsman - does not know the rules and making the judgement in favour of bank - I AM SUFFERING AND BANK - CORPORATION BANK BRANCH 0000052 - KOLKATA - BRABOURNE ROAD, deducted from me.

as Income tax law bank and any other can not deducted more that 10percent - ( if you have submitted PAN poof at the time of deposit.

if possible put man on bank gate arrange to distribute in writing to all the deposit holders of the bank- that they are thief and cheating to innocent depositors.

write to PM,Finance Minister more

I fully agree with the views expressed by Mr Sudesh Bhatia. If any evidence is needed I could provide the same if taken with an open mind. Even for Banking Ombudsman I am pretty sure that it is not to give justice to the complainant but to to protect the bank. more  
Dear Friends in Suffering, It appears that you have not reconciled to living in India. The root cause are the Courts, who have made it very difficult to take any action against Employees of PSUs/Pubs. This includes Air India too. Saw the clever plot of Kejriwal? Dharna in days of highest Pollution and humid hot Days. Lots of Drama and we keep on moving in Circles. Luckily the Bank jobs are shrinking, failing Banks and an economy, guided by BOTS. Alternates to Banks working may give us some confirt. Banks have become the weakst link in economic chain. more  
Mr. Gupta, please limit your comments/suggestions to the topic under discussion and do not bring in Kehriwal / pollution. These are different subjects and you can always write about these in a separate head. Whether bank jobs are shrinking or not is none of our concerns. more  
Since bank is at fault, pl. lodge a complaint with your area Banking Ombudsman who will mediate in the complaint and pass an appropriate award. more  
Very bad approach by Bank. Depositor should submit complaint to Branch Manager for refund of any extra charges taken by Bank. In case Branch Manager does not correct it the depositor should write to Customer Care of that Bank with email to its Head Office. more  
Such irregularities needs to be addressed by Reserve bank & Finance Ministry .Finance Ministry has ordered stringent rules for Tax payers on other hand Banks are left Scott free free committing such irregularities. more  
FIR should be lodged against that particular Branch of Bank more
