This is a very well known facts that top officials are not allowed to take decisions to run the organizations. They have to run the organizations on the guidance of the corrupt politicians by taking hefty salaries and benefits. Management persons should be made responsible jointly and individually for the wrongs in their control. Audit by RBI, CAG etc., should be made stringent and audit reports to be made public in regular intervals. more

The biggest spoiler of the governance (the bad governance) is the political leadership. At Nr 2 comes the poor education of the bureaucracy. At Nr 3 is the bad education and training of the official functionaries managed by the bureaucrats. And, at Nr 4 is the worst form of business management education that teaches how to sell the poor quality of 'education', products, and services, and the UNFAIR BUSINESS PRACTICES that include cartelisation. So, the next general elections are on our head. Is it possible for us to elect known non-political, non-business class and non-religious people - just, some 30000 - for the Parliament and State legislatures? more
