I think there should be a separate bus services started in Delhi for ladies as we have a separate coach in Out Metro train. more

Soni Karanwal is correct. We need not be gender specific; we need to ecome good human beings first; it is not only the ladies ..... some of them are much stronger than some of the feeble men ..... it is a compassion which each of us, living in this 'so-called cultured society', need to deply within ourselves / our hearts to offer a helping hand / seat to elderly men and women and children; and why only in buses and trains ..... we should do this deligently where ever we go .... on the road, hospitals, airports, railways stataions, bus-stops, etc. :) more

I beleive that all people should be so sensable so that instead of making any gender specific, we should think about needy. more

What I want to emphasize is that conductors/drivers should be made more responsible to ask people to vacate women's seats. If checking staff finds men sitting on women's seats, they should fine the male passenger and conductor and driver minimum Rs. 100 each. This should be written boldly in prominent places in buses and bus stops and given wide publicity. more
