Yes, corruption is rampant in land dealings across states. In Maharashtra, one needs to get the land deal proper through registrars, Tashildar &n city survey office. This does not happen simultaneously at all 3 places. After getting the documents registered/stamped, one needs to apply to Tashildar for sath bara documents and then to apply to city survey office to get the your name endorsed in the property card which is most corrupted office. Almost all registered housing societies do not have this endorsement as lacs rupees is demanded for every property. Nexus between builders and superintendent of Land Revenue cell is notorious. And none others can handle this issue. Coming to Tamil Nadu, getting "Patta" for your property is next to impossible as so much is corruption. Ultimately, who pays the cost, it is WE, but we don't understand or mind. In a nutshell, whoever comes to power, corruption will thrive on as vote is being bought as people vote after getting money. But how this money is generated. Government officials coming to the seat pay bribe to the ruling ministers. So it is a chakaraviyug. Very difficult to come out. Mass revolution is a must to eradicate and politicians including the ruling party both the centers should be shown the gate. Super power has to play a vital role. more
